The hotel was right across the train station and had elevators- very convenient unlike our first accomodation which was in the middle of city center and hard to carry bags. Also, all staffs (esp Lorenzo) were super friendly and helpful!

The location was excellent , the hotel is near to the city center and the Duomo, the metro and train station located just in front of it. The staff was outstanding as well!

Great staff and excellent breakfast. Lounge is beautiful and good place to have a drink. Location is perfect for catching train for day trips or tram to airport. Both right outside front door.

This hotel made our stay in Florence all the more special.

The comfort, cleanliness and position. It’s within walking distance of the centre. The staff was very professional and friendly and really took care of us. The breakfast was amazing. Very rich in choice and quality. The welcome drink is a really nice touch.

The shower. I don’t usually like the shower in the bath.

Convenient to train station, short walk to sites

I loved that the hotel was right across the street from the train station. It was a little loud but we were so tired it didn't matter. I loved the long balcony and great view!

We didn't purchase the breakfast at 15 euros per person. That seems high but maybe not. I am gluten free and didn't think there were enough opinions for me to make it worth 15.

My room was adjacent to elevator. Quiet a bit of noise permeated into the room. If you're a light sleeper maybe specify not to be near elevators Other than that hotel brill

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and large.

The area is very noisy. The room gets very hot and is hard to cool down. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms, which diminishes privacy. The room I had was difficult to access from the lift (very long and confusing hallways).

Good location for sightseeing in Florence

We found the location was superb as we were using Pisa’s airport being next to the train station was ideal. As well as that we felt we were able to walk to all Florence’s major tourist attractions. There was a good selection of food at breakfast and the staff even provided us with bags to bring some food for lunch later on - which we thought was so thoughtful! The reception staff upgraded us to a bigger bedroom which was a fabulous surprise! We were able to see the Duomo from our bedroom… stunning! The complimentary welcome drink was a lovely surprise also! We would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom was so hot and there didn’t seem to be any A/C - only a fan that didn’t get very cold. The walls are thin and you can hear everything next door.
